Custom Woodwork Services
Our Maspeth workshop produces custom cabinets, vanities, doors, stairs, trim, railings, desks, and architectural millwork in-house. Direct coordination between the shop and field teams supports accurate fabrication, fit, finishing, and installation.

Suspended Scaffolding
Jepol has two in-house NYC Special Riggers, prepares its own CD-5 filings, and owns its rigging equipment. From baskets to 40-foot platforms, suspended access is planned around the façade scope, site conditions, public protection, and crew safety.
